WHO IS A PERSONAL TRAINIG COACH?

A personal training coach is a fitness professional who helps people to identify their personal health and fitness goals, designs exercise and fitness programs, and educates and motivates people to help them to safely and effectively reach their health and fitness goals.

WHY A PERSONAL TRAINIG COACH IS IMPORTANT

>Talks to you about your current fitness situation and help you identify what your goals are and then how to reach them. You may know you want to look good before bathing suit season, but a trainer can help you determine what that actually means and create a plan to get there

>Provides accountability to make sure you are sticking to your plan

>Provides you with the support and motivation you need to get through the bumps in the road.

show you the right way to do an exercise

answer all of your questions like “Are my arms lined up correctly when doing my burpees?” or “What should I be feeling with this exercise?”

Your personal coach will also:

Help you examine your current life/work situation and determine what you would like your life to look like in the future.  She will guide you in formulating your vision.

Help you gain clarity on the changes you need to make in order to make that vision a reality.

Help you determine the path you need to be on to achieve your vision.

Guide you to prioritize and schedule your day to allow time for all that creates the change you are looking for.
